Click here to find out about tailor made free workshops organised by the British Museum to support GCSE and A level students with their current exam questions.
Thursday 24 & Friday 25 February, 10.00–16.00
Free drop-in sessions at the British Museum during February half-term to help GCSE and A level Art students research their exam topics. Members of the schools team, artists and teachers will be on hand to offer advice on how to explore themes, use the Museum’s collection as a resource, and make links with contemporary art practice.
Some studio space will be available and a range of materials will be provided. Students will be encouraged to think laterally around topics, research objects, develop their sketchbooks in the galleries and explore ideas in different formats in the studio.
Sessions are free and students can drop in for as long as they wish. Students do not need to book, email what day you are thinking of coming: firstname.lastname@example.org
